The 1st short term exchange of groups of pupils in the project “Hard-Soft Skilling -Charting your career path”, reference number 2014-1-RO01-KA201-002736_1, funded  by Erasmus+, Key action: Cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practices, Action: Strategic Partnerships, Field: Strategic Partnerships for school education, took place from 16.03.2015 until 20.03.2015 at Agrupamento de escolas do Fundão, Fundão, Portugal, reuniting the students and teachers from the 8 schools involved in the project.

The first learning session in multinational teams was meant to introduce the students to the world of work and the employers’ requirements, both theoretically and practically by including visits to 4 Companies and 2 Town Halls and to explain the importance of the career model as an instrument of high importance for a successful future career. The students involved in exchanges will hold presentations in their own schools, becoming project promoters and will also help the teachers during the further teaching sessions in the local schools.

 

The 2nd  short term exchange of groups of pupils in the project “Hard-Soft Skilling -Charting your career path”, reference number 2014-1-RO01-KA201-002736_1, funded  by Erasmus+, Key action: Cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practices, Action: Strategic Partnerships, Field: Strategic Partnerships for school education, was held from 09.11.2015 to 13.11.2015 at GÜMÜŞPALA MESLEKI VE TEKNİK ANADOLU LİSESİ, Istanbul, Turkey, involving the students and teachers from the partner schools. It included visits to 3 companies and to the district Town Hall, an interview with a successful entrepreneur on the importance of skills to ensure success, presentations of the students’ career plan and workshops held by international teams of teachers on personal assessment, on communication and on giving presentations.

The 3rd  short term exchange of groups of pupils in the project “Hard-Soft Skilling -Charting your career path”, reference number 2014-1-RO01-KA201-002736_1, funded  by Erasmus+, Key action: Cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practices, Action: Strategic Partnerships, Field: Strategic Partnerships for school education, was held from 14-18 March 2016 at Profesionalna Gimnazia po Ikonomika „Ivan Iliev”, Blagoevgrad, BULGARIA, involving the students and teachers from the partner schools.

The teaching-learning activities included visits to companies and to the Town Hall to find information about recruitment strategies and the local labour market opportunities, the evaluation of the students’ career plan and workshops on team building, decision making and problem solving.
